Small Intimate Festival in Nashville to Precede Elvis Week in Memphis

What:  Nashville to Memphis Festival

When:  August 7-10, 2012

Where:  Downtown Nashville, TN – Various Locations including the Ryman Auditorium,

Free Spirit Vacations and Events is pleased to produce and present the "From Nashville to Memphis Festival" where over 25 ETA’s (Elvis Tribute Artists) from all over the world will gather in Nashville from August 7-10, 2012 for three days of comradery, celebration and music. They will perform on legendary stages ranging from the downtown Nashville Honky Tonk scene to the historic Ryman Auditorium. Sharing Elvis music and history with fans and keeping Elvis’ memory alive is the goal of each Tribute Artists as they perform a wide variety of Elvis music from the 50’s through the 70’s

The festival is small and intimate. Each fan will receive an up-close-and-personal experience. Attendance will be capped at 600, compared to hundreds of thousands which is sometimes the case.

Schedule  of Activities

August 7:

Arrive in Music City USA.  Check into your hotel. 

5:30pm - Elvis Tribute Artists  at Grand Ole Opry Plaza
7:30pm - Kickoff Party and Charity Event - Drifters

7pm - Optional Evening performance at the Grand Ole Opry.  10% off with your badge. Must make advance reservations. Call 1-800-SEE-OPRY and give the code "ELVIS35".

August 8:

9am – 11:30am – Admission is included to the Ryman - Your favorite Elvis Tribute Artists  will be performing on the Ryman Stage.

1pm –  2:30pm – ETA Showcases at

8:30pm – 10:00pm – Headline Show - featuring Mark Anthony, Travis Allen, and Robert Washington  – The Palace
